Terms & Conditions and Process Overview For Social Media and SEO

• Customers are required to pay the full amount of the social media & SEO package, at the start, or end of every month.
• By accepting delivery of the goods and services as detailed above in compliance with the order for the work, the customer acknowledges unconditionally the amount detailed on the invoice which is due and payable in terms of the trading agreement between Gazzaroo and the customer.
• All quotations include iterations as stipulated in the quotations, once all iterations have been depleted an hourly rate of R550 will be invoiced accordingly. Work taking 20 minutes or less will not be charged, however, a rate of R200 will be invoiced for work 21 – 30 minutes, the standard hourly rate will apply from 31 – 60 minutes.
• Please note: If payments are 15 days behind, social media & Google services will be paused until payments are up to date. Services will resume promptly once payment is received.
• To keep your social media active and on schedule, please note: If we don’t receive feedback on the content plan within 3 days, we’ll proceed with posting as outlined.
• Each quotation is valid for 30 Days.
• Any cancellation of monthly services are to be communicated 30 days prior to cancellation effect. A 50% cancellation fee of the invoice will apply if cancellation applies within the 29 days.
• Once social media strategy postings have been sent, any requests to change the concept completely will be limited to only 50% of the posts, any post changes after that will be charged accordingly. the client accepts this responsibility and the responsibility to let Gazzaroo know what the theme should be for each month if applicable.
• Important: All Proof of Payment (POP) must be sent to accounts@gazzaroo.co.za.
  We will not begin or continue any project or service without receiving a valid POP. Please ensure that your company name is used as the payment reference so we can allocate the payment to the correct account without delay.
